Chocolate Coconut Mocha Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream first bowl all together. Gradually mix in second bowl of dry ingredients. Towards the end I found it necessary to add a splash of milk to keep the mixture soft enough for my beater. Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
