Chocolate Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 2 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Melt 2 sticks butter in 9x13 pan
  2. In a bowl mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 T cocoa, 2 cups SR flour, then mix in 1 cup milk and 1 T vanilla, mix well
  3. Pour into melted butter - DO NOT STIR
  4. In another bowl mix 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, mix well and sprinkle over above mixture - DO NOT STIR
  5. Pour 3 cups boiling water over all - DO NOT STIR
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min.
  7. Top with ice cream
