Chocolate Apple Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 tablspoon butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips. ( try white , dark, & pp chips different times)

Directions:

  1. Sift flour & baking powder into a mixing bowl .
  2. Stir in the sugar, egg, & melted butter.
  3. Slowly beat in milk, keep mixing until batter is smooth
  4. Peel, core, & grate the apple
  5. Mix apple into the batter & chocolate chips
  6. Heat up the frying pan or griddle over medium heat,
  7. Place a little butter or oil down
  8. Place about 2 tablespoons of batter onto your cooking pan
  9. Cook for a few minutes until you see bubbles around the edge, then flip over to other side, cook about 1 more minute
  10. Serve with syrup of your choice
