Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. soft butter
  • 2 cup. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tsp.mccormick pure mint extract
  • 2 cup. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 bag of hershey's white chocolate morsels

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Cream sugar/butter in food processor.
  3. Add eggs and extract to butter mixture.Cream on high speed for 1 minute to incorporate liquids.
  4. In a separate bowl mix flour,soda,salt and cocoa.
  5. Stir butter mixture into dry mixture until well blended.
  6. Add morsels and crushed candy,stir until mixed.
  7. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for approx 13 minutes.(They will still be mushy at first.)
  8. Let cool for approx 10 minutes before removing from cookie sheet-these will firm up once cooled.
  9. Soft and chewy-will stay fresh for about 3-4 days.
  10. Makes approx. 30 large cookies.
