  1. Melt the chocolate & butter on very low heat in a pot
  2. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks & sugar until the turns a creamy yellow
  3. Add the melted chocolate & butter once it has cooled down a bit
  4. Add the flour & almond meal
  5. Pour battre into a baking pan. Bake 375 for about half an hour to three quarters.
