Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meats, drain, set aside.
  2. Saute celery, onion, and carrots till soft.
  3. Combine meat and veggies.
  4. Add tomato sauce, juice, and canned tomatoes.
  5. Simmer 30 minutes.
  6. Add bouillon,red pepper flakes, spices, red pepper flakes to taste and let simmer at least 1-2 hours.
  7. Add sugar to help citric acid taste.
  8. Simmer on low heat about 6-8 hours.
  9. Serve plain with tortilla chips.
  10. I serve the leftovers with macaroni and cheddar cheese.
