Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook meat in olive oil until browned, then mix in dry ingredients and coat. Add beer and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for up to 90 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over polenta, macaroni & cheese or plain.
  2. One can of tomatoes can be substituted for one can of beer. Onions may be added and cooked with the meat in olive oil. Fresh garlic may also be substituted for garlic powder.
  3. For best results, use a light colored lager such as PBR or Budweiser.
