Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Simmer ground beef, onions and garlic until meat is gray in color.
  2. Add other ingredients using tomato products first.
  3. Add kidney beans
  4. Make a cheesecloth bag or use a stainless tea ball of spices (1 Tbsp pickling spice, 3 whole cloves, 4 tsp. red pepper and 2 bay leaves, broken).
  5. Add to the chili and remove before serving.
  6. Cook over low heat 2-3 hours. Serve.
  7. You can add the chili and pepper spices to your taste depending on the hotness you prefer.
