Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a 9x13-inch baking dish melt butter or margarine.
  2. Place chicken breast in and season with pepper.
  3. Sprinkle onion soup mix over breasts, spread mushroom soup over breasts and sprinkle the rice evenly over all.
  4. Pour 2 cups of water over the dish and seal with foil.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
