Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the chicken breast meat in a frying pan with no butter or oil.
  2. Once it's cooked, follow directions on the taco seasoning packets and let chicken simmer in seasoning.
  3. In a large frying pan, melt a small amount of butter or Margarine over medium heat and place a large tortilla in pan.
  4. Scoop about 3/4 cup of chicken into one half of the tortilla.
  5. Add 3 oz of cheese, more or less to suit taste. The cheese is the least healthy part of this recipe. The less cheese the lower the calories and fat.
  6. Fold other half of tortilla over itself.
  7. Flip over and cook for about 3 minutes on medium heat.
