Chicken in a Garlic and White Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook Bow Tie Noodles per box and
  2. Sauté boneless chicken breasts 3-4 in
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  4. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
  5. Then take chicken out and chop up into pieces. At the same time sauté the following ingredients in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  6. 1 med. onion, diced.
  7. 2 cloves garlic, miniced (or 2 tsp.from jar).
  8. Sliced mushrooms.
  9. Once Onions are tender add in the following ingredients until warm:
  10. About 1 Celsius dry white wine (or chicken broth).
  11. About 3 tablespoons olive oil.
  12. About 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
  13. Roasted Peppers (to taste)
  14. 1/2 Celsius diced tomatoes (fresh).
  15. Capers
  16. 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning.
  17. Salt and pepper to taste or use Krazy Salt.
