Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook chicken in broth till done (10-12 min) do not over cook
  2. Cool and cube save 1 1/2 c of broth or less
  3. Mix all ingredients together except lettuce
  4. Marinate in refrig for 4 hr to overnight
  5. Serve over lettuce
