  1. Split the English muffins in half and toast them
  2. Chop the chicken and put it in sauce pan to heat mixing in the BBQ sauce. Heat thoroughly.
  3. Top each muffin half with dill pickle chips, bbq chicken and then with the shredded cheese.
  4. Serving suggestions: cole slaw and orange wedges.
