Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil or cook the chicken.
  2. GRAVY.
  3. Heat butter or margarine over low heat until melted.
  4. Blend in flour and salt.
  5. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly, then remove from heat.
  6. Stir in broth.
  7. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  8. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  9. Mix chicken, apple, celery, onion, and 3/4 of the thickened broth.
  10. Place scant 1/2 cup chicken mixture on center of each crepe, then roll up.
  11. Place crepes seam sides down in ungreased oblong baking dish (13 x 9 x 2'').
  12. Pour remaining broth over crepes.
  13. Cook uncovered in 350°F oven until crepes are sightly browned, about 20 minutes.
