  1. Mix all ingredients, except chicken. Salt and pepper chicken and put into roaster. Add soup mixture covering chicken. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Preparation time is about 20 minutes. Cooking time is 1 hour, 30 minutes.
