Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roll out the dough and cut into a thin square sheet.
  2. Dust excess flour.
  3. Heat 2 tbsps.
  4. Of oil in a pan.
  5. Add chicken pieces.
  6. Saute till the chicken is cooked.
  7. Apply the egg on the rolled out dough.
  8. Heat 2 tbsps.
  9. Of olive oil in another pan.
  10. Add onion, mushrooms, garlic, chicken cubes, salt and red chilli flakes.
  11. Saute till dry.
  12. Place a teaspoonful of stuffing at regular intervals on one half of the dough sheet.
  13. Fold over the remaining half and press firmly.
  14. Cut around the stuffing, using a cutter, into round, square or rectangular shapes taking care that the ravioli is sealed from all sides.
  15. Roll out the remaining dough again.
  16. Repeat the process.
  17. Boil sufficent water in a big pan.
  18. Add the raviolis.
  19. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  20. Drain away the water.
  21. For the sauce, heat the remaining olive oil in a pan.
  22. Add the chopped onions.
  23. Saute till translucent.
  24. Add red chilli flakes, fresh cream, grated cheese and salt.
  25. Stir and add the cooked ravioli.
  26. Mix again.
  27. Sprinkle mixed herbs, Parmesan cheese and red chilli flakes.
  28. Serve immediately.
