Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies (Ww)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well and set aside.
  3. Beat egg whites using clean, dry beaters at high speed until foamy.
  4. Gradually add granulated sugar, 1 tbls at a time, beating until soft peaks form.
  5. Add corn syrup; beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  6. Combine brown sugar, butter and vanilla extract in a medium bowl; beat at medium speed 5 minutes or until well-blended.
  7. Fold brown sugar mixture into egg white mixture.
  8. Gently stir in choclotae chips.
  9. Drop by level tbls 1 inch apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until golden.
  10. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
  11. Remove cookies from pans and let cool on wire racks.
  12. Store loosely covered.
