Cherry Mincemeat Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9 oz) package mincemeat
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 packages cherry gelatin
  • 3 cups water

Directions:

  1. Breack mincemeat into small pieces and cover with 1 cup of water.
  2. Place over medium heat.
  3. Boil one minute.
  4. Cool.
  5. Prepare gelatin, using 3 cups water.
  6. When gelatin is slightly thickened.
  7. Add mincemeat mixture and nuts.
  8. Return to refrigerator until set.
