Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat egg white very stiff with salt added.
  2. Add one tbsp sugar at a time and beat after each.
  3. Fold in cornflakes,chopped cherries,pecans and coconut.
  4. Add lemon extract and mix.
  5. Shape into 12 logs.
  6. Bake at 325 on greased baking sheet for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan.
