Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2-1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1-3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dried coconut

Directions:

  1. Cream butter then gradually add sugars until fluffy.
  2. Beat in eggs, milk and extract then add flour, salt and baking soda.
  3. Stir in oats, cherries, almonds and coconut then bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
