Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in butter until carmelized. Add spinach and wilt for a few mintues. Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and cream. Stir until melted and blended together. Place cheese mixture in an oven-safe casserole dish (6 x 9). Top with pecans. Bake in 350 degree oven until browned on top and pecans toasted. Serve immediately.
