Directions:

  1. In food processor, chop parsley (or nuts) until fine. Set aside. In food processor, add remaining ingredients and mix. Form mixture into a ball. Put in freezer until firm, about 45 minutes. Roll cheese ball over parsley. Refrigerate about 1 hour. Serve with crackers. One 8 ounce ball.
