  1. Preheat oven to 400. Greas 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
  2. In a large bowl, combine baking mix, cheese, sugar and cayenne.
  3. Form a well in center and pour in beer. Blend just to moisten (it will be a little lumpy.).
  4. Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake 15-20 minutes.
