Cheeseburger Rice Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, green pepper, seasonings and 3/4 cup tomato sauce.
  2. Spread in greased pie pan, forming a shell.
  3. Mix rice, half of the cheese and remaining sauce, as well as any additional spices you may like.
  4. Sprinkle remaining cheese on meat shell.
  5. Fill with rice mixture.
  6. Cover rice only with foil, folding remainder in to form a circle.
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
