Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 box sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Toast pecans lightly.
  2. Melt cream cheese in a double boiler; add powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
