Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350. Butter a 11/2 qt. baking dish.
  2. Chop onion. In a lg. frying pan,heat the oil over med. heat. Add onion,cover and cook until tender,about 5 mins.
  3. Add frozen vegetables,marjoram,3/4t.salt and 1/2t pepper. Cook until tender,stirring occasionally,about 5 mins.
  4. Meanwhile,grate chees. Beat eggs with 1/2t. salt. Transfer vegetable mixture to a bowl Stir in bisquick, 1c. of the cheese and egg mixture until well combined.
  5. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2c. cheese. Bake until puffed and set,about 25 mins.
