Cheddar-Biscuit Fresh Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, combine the peaches, lemon juice and extract.
  2. Transfer to a greased 13-inch by 9-inch by 2-inch baking dish.
  3. Combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt; sprinkle over peaches.
  4. Dot with butter.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, in bowl, combine biscuit mix and cheese.
  7. Combine milk and butter; stir into biscuit mixture just until blended.
  8. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto hot peach mixture.
  9. Bake 20-25 minutes longer or until biscuits are golden brown.
  10. Serve warm.
