Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all starred items in a small bowl and whisk to mix well
  2. Place pork and sauce in a ziplock bag and marinate for 2 hours, turning occasionally- if in a hurry, you can skip this step
  3. Place pork and marinade in a crock pot and cover and cook on low for 8 hours
  4. Remove pork with slotted spoon to a work area and shred
  5. Can thicken sauce with cornstarch and serve with meat on rice and a side of stir fried veggies.
