Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Steam broccoli and cauliflower 5 minutes. Combine flour and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 1 minute; add Parmesan cheese & stir. Add spinach, nutmeg & pepper and stir. Stir all ingredients together and place in a sprayed baking dish. Bake 250 for 25 minutes.
