Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients, except olive oil in food processor.
  2. Pulse until well blended.
  3. Drizzle in olive oil to taste.
  4. Add dressing to romaine lettuce; toss to cover.
  5. Top salad with croûtons, bacon bits, and Parmesan cheese.
