  1. Preheat oven 325, grease 2 baking sheets.
  2. (or use silpat).
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and spices.
  4. Beat butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  6. Beat in flour mixture.
  7. Stir in carrots, nuts, and raisins.
  8. Drop generous tablespoons of batter onto baking sheets.
  9. Bake until edges are lightly browned, 20-25 min.
