Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, coffee, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Combine oil, vanilla, and egg whites. Beat 1 minute.
  4. Add dry ingredients. Beat until well combined.
  5. Spread into greased square baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350 for 18-23 minutes. Cool completely and sprinkle w/ powdered sugar.
