Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix the 2 Tbsp water and cantaloupe in ablender until purified.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the butter and the cantaloupe
  5. Poured from the blender together.
  6. Add the vanilla, egg, and canola oil andcontinue mixing until well.
  7. Pour half of the cantaloupe/butter mix intothe dry ingredients and mix.
  8. Then pour the other half in and continuemixing until it is cake batter like.
  9. Grease a 13.5 by 9.5 pan and pour batter in.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes.
