Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop up chocolate morsels so they are not whole pieces.
  2. In a bowl, add sugar, ricotta cheese, vanilla and chocolate.
  3. Stir until well blended.
  4. Fold in cool whip.
  5. Sprinke with additional chocolate.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with fruit or graham crackers.
  8. ***You can also add chopped pistachios if desired***
