Ingredients:

  • 6 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled, in 1/2-inch slices
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Cut 6 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled, in 1/2-inch slices.
  2. Layer potatoes in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole with 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 14 cup butter, ending with sugar and butter.
  3. Bake uncovered at 374 degrees about 30 minutes or till glazed.
  4. Add 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows last 5 minutes; brown lightly.
  5. Serves 6.
