Buttery Crisp Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups white flour
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 3/4 cups icing sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients.
  2. Mix margarine, sugar, eggs.
  3. Roll 1/4 inch thick cut cookies in circles.
  4. Bake 350 dergees for 11 minutes.
  5. Take 2 cookies at a time and stick them together with a jelly of your choice.
  6. Enjoy!
