Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Cream the butter and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  3. Add the flour; mix well.
  4. Pat the mixture onto the bottom of an ungreased 9 square baking pan; bake 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  5. Combine the condensed milk, butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, coconut, and vanilla; spread over the baked crust.
  6. Bake another 25-30 minutes, or until golden around the edges.
  7. (The center will not appear set.) Cool completely in pan on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
