Butterscotch Lunchbox Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (3 oz) package vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (18 1/4 oz) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (10 -11 oz) packahe butterscotch chips

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine milk and pudding mix.
  2. Bring to a boil, over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from the heat.
  4. Stir in the cake mix.( batter will be lumpy).
  5. Pour into a greased 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and nuts.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees, for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool cake on a wire rack.
