Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Work butter into flour with fingers. Add egg yolk and sour cream,blending well. Shape into a ball, dust with flourand wrap in wax paper. Chill for several hours or days (the longer the better). Divide chilled dough into 4 pieces and roll one at a time with rolling pin into a circle as if making a pie crust. Roll out to 1/8 thickness. Sprinkle with cinnamon mixture, and cut into pieces as if cutting a pie. (Be sure to use lots of cinnamon mix.) Roll up each piece as if making a crescent roll. Set on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove quickly from pan and let cool on a wire rack
