  3. Ingredients:
  4. 20 unpeeled medium-size fresh shrimp
  5. 20 jalapenos peppers
  6. 10 bacon slices, halved lengthwise
  7. Directions:
  8. Peel and de-vein shrimp,
  9. Sprinkle peeled shrimp with Oldbay seasoning to taste
  10. Cut a slit in each jalapeno pepper; remove seeds and membranes.
  11. Carefully place one raw shrimp in cavity of each pepper.
  12. Wrap each shrimp stuffed pepper with 1/2 bacon piece, and secure with a wooden toothpick.
  13. Place in a jellyroll type pan.
  14. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until bacon is cooked.
  15. Serve warm.
  16. As always: Use latex gloves when handling fresh hot peppers!
