Buffalo Shrimp Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 15 shrimp
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/3 cup celery
  • 1/3 cup onion
  • 1/2 ranch dressing mix , packet

Directions:

  1. Saute Shrimp and put in Franks Wing Sauce. Set Aside.
  2. Spread out crescent roll pinching seams together, drizzle very small amount of olive oil and bake until lightly golden.
  3. In the mean time sauté celery and onions.
  4. Mix together cream cheese, ranch packet and blue cheese crumbles, (save a bit for top of pizza) may substitute blue cheese dressing but not as good as the real thing.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture on crescent pizza.
  6. Place shrimp, celery and onions.
  7. If you are not serving right away leave out of refrigerator and just reheat at 350 for about 5 minutes.
