  1. Whisk together pepper sauce, butter, chili sauce and chili powder in medium bowl until blended.
  2. Brush on onion slices.
  3. Place onions on grid.
  4. Grill over medium-high coals 10 miutes or until tender, turning and basting often with the chili mixture.
  5. Serve warm.
