Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place flour and eggs in seperate shallow bowls.
  2. Dip chicken in flour, then in eggs.
  3. Place in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  4. Combine the Parmesan Cheese, bread crumbs and butter.
  5. Sprinkle over chicken.
  6. Loosely cover baking dish with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
  8. Uncover.
  9. Bake 5-10 minutes longer, or until top is browned.
  10. While that is finishing in the oven, in a bowl, combine the tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  11. Spoon over the chicken.
  12. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes or until the tomato mixture is heated thoroughly.
  13. Serve.
