Ingredients:

  • 3 package 8 oz full fat cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tabele spoons honey
  • crust
  • 10 honey grahm crackers smashed up
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4-5 tsp sugar for brulee

Directions:

  1. Cream together the first 6 ingreadints
  2. Set aside in fridge.
  3. Mix grahm crackers and butter and place in the bottom of a 9 in springform pan and place in a 350 oven for 10 min
  4. Put cream mix ontop of crust and wrap the pan in tin foil for for water bath just put the cheesecake in a big baking dish with a 1/2 inch of water
  5. Bake for an hour
  6. Take out and place your extra sugar on top and place under broiler until a nice crunchie crust
