Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in large, heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring often. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in flour and sugar. Add eggs and last 3 ingredients. Spread into greased 15x10x1" jellyroll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 min.
  2. Spread Mocha Frosting (below) over warm brownies. Cool on wire rack and cut into bars. Store in fridge up to 1 week or freezer up to 8 months.
  3. Mocha Frosting:
  4. /2 cup butter/margarine
  5. Tbsp cocoa
  6. Tsp instant coffee granules
  7. /4 cup milk
  8. Tsp vanilla extract
  9. Oz package powdered sugar, sifted
  10. Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring often, til butter melts. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar.
