Ingredients:

  • 2 cup water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 piece bay leaves
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil

Directions:

  1. The process is simple: take 4 lbs of mackerel, clean and wash the fish. Cut into mid-sized chunks.
