Ingredients:
4 pound(s) mackerel cleaned. cut

2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 piece(s) bay leaves
1/2 cup(s) sunflower oil
Directions:
1. The process is simple: take 4 lbs of mackerel, clean and wash the fish. Cut into mid-sized chunks.
