Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dressing:
  2. (Do not add to salad until you are ready to serve).
  3. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
  4. Salad:
  5. Place broccoli in a strainer; rinse.
  6. Pour water over broccoli in strainer, then immediately run cold water over it to stop the cooking process (drain well). This step helps with the smell that's in broccoli and gives it a nice green color.
  7. Add green onions, celery, and grapes.
  8. Place all ingredients in a large plastic bag and shake to toss well, then refrigerate until ready to serve (I place paper towels in the bottom of the bag to catch the any moisture).
  9. Just before serving add the raisins, bacon and pecans to the bag and toss.
  10. When ready to serve, place the veggie mixture in a large serving bowl.
  11. Pour dressing over all and toss.
  12. Serves: 8-10
  13. NOTE: Add dressing, raisins, bacon, nuts only to what will be eaten. Does not refrigerate well with dressing. The above will not keep their texture in moisture.
