  1. Melt butter in 6 quart pan over low heat. Mix in flour and seasonings. Slowly add broth and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in broccoli then simmer for 10 minute Remove from heat and stir in cream, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
