Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend together the dry ingredients.
  3. Add oil, and stir well.
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla and continue beating with electric mixer.
  5. Beat in breadfruit until smooth.
  6. Remove fibrous breadfruit from beater.
  7. Stir in nuts.
  8. Bake in 3 long pans for 45 minutes.
